The (St. Thomas) Pepper Smelter became Pepper after Gerardo Manuel left the band in 1970. Guitarist, Richie Zellon, teamed up with his ex-bandmate and vocalist from Thee Image, Eduardo “Wayo” Elguera. Elguera also wrote the B-side, “If You Showed Me”.
